Remote Support

1. Click “TeamViewer QuickSupport”
2. If asked to Keep or Discard, Keep
3. Select the option to “Run” when asked how to proceed
4. Once the download is complete, start TeamViewer if it hasnt started already.
5. Read Your ID and Password to the technician to allow them to connect.
